WHAT IS POLYUREA?
Polyurea is the result of the chemical reaction of an isocyanate component and a synthetic resin blend component. The isocyanate can be aromatic or aliphatic in nature.
These truely 2-K-systems are named commonly also as "high-speed-coatings" with incredible reaction times (2 - 15 seconds).
The special feature of Polyurea is, that this reaction happens directly and without using of any catalysts, as it is usual at known polyurethane-systems.
So a Polyurea builds a chemical chain, which is durable resistant against outside attacks (temperatures, UV, etc).

"Polyurea" is an outstanding coating and protection system with a bright range of applications:
The most essential advantages in a short view:
- quick application times (fast "return to service" for your clients)
- no "VOC´s" and no to less odor
- solvent free
- extremely temperature resistant (from -30°C to +150°C)
- flexible (systems with up to 600% elasticity)
- extremely water resistant
- seamless applyable
- unlimited thicknesses in one application
- excellent adhesion to proper preparated surfaces
- high chemical and acid resistant
- capilar permeability
- resistant against microbes
Typical application fields
"Polyurea" is worked out mainly over coating machines, but can be applied also by hand.
