HERTEC 1120 (aromatic):

HERTEC 1120 is a fast set, rapid curing, 100% solids, flexible, two component polyurea elastomer spray coating material. HERTEC 1120 is used by itself or in combination with other materials to produce coatings, liners, wearing courses, and resilient surfaces on metal and other substrates. Its extremely fast gel time makes it suitable for applications down to -20oF without special conditioning of the component resins and isocyanates. HERTEC 1120 produces an extremely tough film at all thicknesses. Single or multiple pass applications produce films from 10 mils to 1000 mils without appreciable sag or runs. HERTEC 1120 may be applied in all positions and to any suitably prepared substrate. HERTEC 1120 is inert, it will not hydrolyze, leach, or contaminate other materials, and is bondable and paintable. HERTEC 1120 is relatively moisture and temperature insensitive, allowing application in the most problematic ambient conditions.

HERTEC 1120 may be used to coat any suitably prepared substrate. HERTEC 1120 is flexible, accommodating movement of the substrate, yet strong enough to remain intact under all conditions except major structural dislocations. With or without reinforcements HERTEC 1120 may be used in transitional areas with confidence. HERTEC 1120 may be used in interior or exterior applications. HERTEC 1120 is recommended for repair of other films, may be applied to metal and other substrates, in new construction and in cold weather conditions.

HERTEC 1150 (aromatic):

HETEC 1150 is a fast set, rapid curing, 100% solids, flexible, twocomponent polyurea elastomer spray coating material. HERTEC 1150 is a zero VOC, odorless system applied 1:1 mix ratio with plural component spray equipment. HERTEC 1150 gels in 14-18 seconds, forming a monolithic membrane suitable for concrete and metal applications. As a result, downtime is minimized, allowing rapid return to service of the parts coated. It can be applied at a thickness of 10 to 200 mils in a single application.

HERTEC 1180 (aromatic):

HERTEC 1180 is a 100% solids elastomeric polyurea developed for applications such as geotextile lining membranes. HERTEC 1180 is a volatile free, odorless system applied 1:1 mix ratio with plural component spray equipment.

HERTEC 1180 provides less shrinkage with improved elongation characteristics. As a result, HERTEC 1180 makes an excellent polyurea for liners, geotextile coatings, and applications where resilience and durability are required. HERTEC 1180 cab be applied at a thickness of 10 to 200 mils in a single application.

HERTEC 1142D (aliphatic):

HERTEC 1142D is a 100% solids, flexible, two component modified aliphatic elastomer spray applied coating material. HERTEC 1142D is autocatalytic, containing no solvents, hardeners, or diluents. HERTEC 1142D is used by itself or in combination with other materials to produce coatings and liners on concrete or metal substrates. Its composition makes it suitable for applications requiring color stability.HERTEC 1142D produces an extremely tough film at any thickness. HERTEC 1142D may be applied in all positions to any suitably prepared substrate.

HERTEC 1105 TW:

HERTEC 1105 TW is a fast set, rapid curing, 100% solids, flexible, twocomponent pure polyurea elastomer spray coating material. HERTEC 1105 TW is potable water approved in accordance with ANSI/NSF 61.

HERTEC 1105 TW is used by itself or in combination with other materials to produce coatings, liners, wearing courses, and resilient surfaces on concrete and other properly prepared substrates. Its extremely fast gel time makes it suitable for applications down to -20oF without special conditioning of the component resins and isocyanates. HERTEC 1150 TW produces an extremely tough film at all thicknesses. Single or multiple pass applications produce films from 10 mils to 1000 mils without appreciable sag or runs.

HERTEC SL 1145 / HERTEC SL 1175:

HERTEC SL 1175 is a self-leveling, 100% solids, flexible, two component, rapid curing polyurea elastomer joint filler and ambient temperature cure spray material.

Designed for 10 - 15% movement of installed joint width. Recommended time of cure of concrete minimum 30 days prior to installing joint filler or joint sealant.

HERTEC SL 1175 is used to fill interior random cracks, control joints or new construction joints on horizontal concrete surfaces. HERTEC SL 1175 is designed specifically for industrial floor applications receiving heavy vehicle traffic, such as forklift or steel wheeled carts. HERTEC SL 1175 is flexible, accommodating small slab movement yet strong enough to protect the vertical edges of concrete from spalling under extreme loading. HERTEC SL 1175 can be used in exterior applications where little joint or crack movement from thermal cycling will occur. Use as low-pressure spray coating with ambient cure on all bondable surfaces. HERTEC SL 1175 is recommended for repair of cracks, damaged control joints or new construction joints in cold storage facilities, freezers, and food processing plants where time and temperature are serious concerns.
