HERTEC 1125 (Polyaspartic):

HERTEC 1125 is a colored or transluscent 100% aspartic Polyurea. It is used as top-coat on existing aromatic Polyurea-coatings to ensure color-stability or as "stand-alone" floor-coating.

HERTEC 1125 is brought on as hand-application by roller, brush or sponge or as machine application in "airless-procedure".

HERTEC 1125 has an application time-frame of 12 - 18 minutes, after 4 - 5 hours the surfaces can be walked on (light traffic).

Hertec PUR 375 (floor coating):

2-component floor coating with pigments, solvent free.

Characteristics:

• viscoplastic
• self nivelling
• self air-bleeding
• mixable with quarz-sand (30 - 50 %)
• very good chemical resistancy
• very good mechanical characteristics
• seamless (0,3 mm static)
• physiological harmless after full reaction

Hertec PUR 375 is appyable on different substrates like concrete, pavement, mastic asphalt (inside use), latex, wood, steel, aluminium. Also substrates made out of magnesite and anhydrite kann be applied (please ask us!!). The high impact resistance of the coating in combination with the high pressure-resistancy and crack-bridging result in an economic and optimal surface protection system for production areas, storage areas, trade areas, garages in reconstruction or new construction.

With our high quality Hertec PUR top-coats there can be achieved additional surface optimisations like glossy effect, color stability and better abrasion and chemical resistances.

Hertec PUR 315 (floor coating):

2-component floor coating with pigments, solvent free.

Characteristics:

• viscoplastic
• self nivelling
• self air-bleeding
• mixable with quarz-sand (30 - 50 %)
• mechanical load capacity
• seamless (1,0 - 2,5 mm static)
• chemical resistancy
• subsonic noise absorbtion

Hertec PUR 315 is to apply in production areas, bureos, shopping centres, trade areas, hospital areas, school houses and production areas because of its viscoplastic characteristics.

For use on concrete, pavement, magnesite, anhydrite, steel, wood and asphalt. Please follow our instructions.

As smooth floor coating Hertec PUR 315 is building a subsonic abrasion resistant, noise absorbing, seamless, hygienic and decorative surface protection membrane.

In the area of parking-decks there are reached middle to good seamless attributes (0,3 - 1 mm), beside very good abrasion resistance and high load resistance.

Hertec PUR 315 must be top-coated with a system-specific top-coat.

Hertec PUR 316 (Vloor coating):

2-component floor coating with pigments, solvent free, colorstable.

2-Komponenten-Verlaufsbeschichtung, pigmentiert, lichtbeständig, weichmacher- und lösemittelfrei.

Hertec PUR 315 is applied in shopping areas, bureaus, trade areas, construction areas (livingroom), hospital areas and schools due to its viscoplastic characteristics. For concrete, pavement, magnesite, anhydrite, steel, wood and asphalt.

As smooth floor coating Hertec PUR 315 is building a subsonic abrasion resistant, noise absorbing, seamless, hygienic and decorative surface protection membrane. Hertec PUR 316 is also applyable outside, as on balconies, terrasses.

The addition of colored chips needs a transparent, UV-stable top-coat like Hertec PUR 700 or Hertec PUR 793.

Hertec PUR 700 (Top-Coat):

1-component top-coat, transparent, humidity reacting, solvent poor < 10%.

Characteristics:

• viscoplastic
• UV-resistant
• high solid (> 90%)
• high abrasion resistant
• silk matt
• physiological harmless after full reaction

Hertec PUR 700 is a transparent, solvent poor and highly abrasion resistant top-coat. It is applyable onto the visco-hard but also onto the elastic systems, because of it´s special formulated mechanical and chemical attributes.

The solvents, caused by manufacturing, have nearly no odor and are low incriminatory. The well know good solvent resistancy, chemical resistancy and perfect abrasion resistancy results in combination with a silk matt optique a perfect surface protection for all Hertec systems.

Hertec PUR 701 (Top-Coat):

1-component top-coat, pigmented, humidity reacting, solvent poor < 10%.

Characteristics:

• viscoplastic
• UV-resistant
• high solid (> 90%)
• high abrasion resistant
• silk matt
• physiological harmless after full reaction

Hertec PUR 701 is a solvent poor top-coat, formulated special in combination with Hertec PUR 375 and Hertec PUR 315.

The solvents, caused by manufacturing, have nearly no odor and are low incriminatory. The well know good solvent resistancy, chemical resistancy and perfect abrasion resistancy results in combination with a silk matt optique a perfect surface protection for all Hertec systems.

Hertec KF 100/300/500 (Top-Coat):

2-component top-coat for Polyurea/hybride and polyurethane-systems. Ideal for use on hard (KF 100), elastic (KF 300) and flexible (KF 500) membranes.

KF 300 and KF 500 are based on KF 100 with the addition of elastifizers.

Colors available in over 10.000 shades and 3, respectively 5 gloss nuances.

Hertec PUR 051 (Spattle adhesive):

2-component spattle-adhesive, thixotrope, pigmented, solvent free.

Characteristics:

• thixotrope
• high adhesive strenght
• hard and tough
• good chemical resistance
• physiological harmless after full reaction

Hertec PUR 051 is used universal for adhesion of different substrates like rubber-granulate on concrete, steel on concrete, wood on steel, wood on wood, etc.

In case of it´s tixotrope character, Hertec PUR 051 can be used also for nivelling of different heights. Hertec PUR 051 can be mechanical grinded, in any case we recommend a test-adhesion.

Not recommended for "green concrete" or fresh concrete or pavement.
