"Polyurea" is applied for years in a bright range of different demands:
Parking decks
Polyurea coatings of parking decks can resist against the typical mechanical and chemical impacts of "driven surfaces". Through a Polyurea coating there is guaranteed on one hand the needed high elasticity and on the other hand the needed abrasion resistance of parking decks. In this way the surface is also protected against oils, breaking-fluids and de-icing salts.
Polyurea coating on parking decks can be colored by anorganic pigments or by applying an aliphatic top-coat, to present a friendly looking area. The anti-skid is non problematic to solve and ensures the use also while rainy weather conditions or after washing-procedures.
With coatings of parking decks there is brought on a long lasting protection membrane, especially for intensive use.

Industrial floors
Industrial floors are made out usual of concrete. Worldwide there are millions of m² of industrial floors exposed to daily attacks of mechanical or chemical nature. Destruction of unprotected floors are the result. Also the security of workers is jeopardized by uneven and damaged floor surfaces. Accidents are pre-programmed. The consequenses are most high expensive costs.
Polyurea coated industrial floors are protected with this outstanding coating membrane, objects are protected also and a security level for humans is reached. By formulating a Polyurea-system especially for the actual demand, the coating can stand typical attacks like:
- mechanical abrasion
- chemical attacks
- thermal attacks
without any problems. The individual color management is achieved by using of an aliphatic top-coat.

Decorative floors
Decorative floor coatings are an active part of every designer. By adaption of the decorative coating to the object itself, the whole project is covered with an individual note. With the bright range of systems it is possible, to produce decorative floors in any design.
By using different colored systems it is achieved, to realize "art on construction side". Artists are able to work out their accents and scopes for design
More possibilities for special designs are the use of colored "chips", different colored rubber aggregates or devorative sands.
The scope of decorative floors (for example in foyers, conference rooms, presentation rooms, bistros, boutiques, school houses or kindergarten) covers the designer, but also the "end-user", a longtime enjoying.

Corrosion and abrasion
The multifunctional material "steel" is essential at the construction-side, but also at the automotive industry.
Corrosion protection in steel construction is paid great attach of importance, the more at longlife investments.
If steel substrates, like loading-ramps at transport companies, are coated with Polyurea, there is the positive side-effect of noise-reduction also covered with the coating. This is guilty also for loading-platforms of lorrys, pick-up´s or trucks.

Steel construction
Corrosion protection of steel has a attach of great importance in the steel industry. In face of all advantages of steel, there is one hugh disadvantage: steel is corroding.
The solution here are special Polyurea-coatings, which have enormous resistances against water, solvents, salts and chemicals.
These systems show also incredible application characteristics, like fast reaction-times and perfect adhesion to the substrate and onto existing coating layers. After a very quick gel-time these systems are resistant against mechanical attacks, at the same time they stay durable elastic.
Because of it´s highly weather-resistancy and chalking-resistancy the color and gloss stay long term.

Pipe Coatings
Corrosion protection, but also thermal insulation of pipes (used for transportatin of water, oil or gas) has high commercial relevance.
Liquid, high-reactive Polyurea-systems are the right choice for these applications, because the coating itself (in thicknesses from 2 - 30 mm) can be applied without using of special primers. With the use of recommended primers the adhesion to the substrate is usual better.
Also at lower temperatures is a fast and non-porous reaction of the Polyurea-system guaranteed. The coating shows a good resistancy against impact shocks, a high elasticity, a very good resistancy against microbes and a high chemical resistance.

Maritime and Off-shore
Polyurea coatings are used in many fields in the maritime sector. The coating of "underwater-ships" of sailboats or motorcrafts, made out of "GFK", wood or steel, is usual as it is also for a water-resistant coating of lifting-bodies (for example at "swimming rafts" in marinas).
The high resistancy against microbes of Polyurea-coatings is faced by less incrustation of algaes or clams, beside there comes the effect of easy cleaning (high pressure steamer).
Even the wintertime, with minus-degrees and ice-building does not affect a proper applied Polyurea-coating.

Flatroofs and roofs
If reconstruction or new construction, Polyurea-coatings are sealing for 100%.
By applying a Polyurea-coating with high application temperatures, there can be covered also construction details and complicated structures very easy by spray-application. Polyurea-coatings are elastic and do not brittle caused of the weather circumstances.
The roof will stay sealed long term.
Polyurea-coatings increase the utility value of constructions, they are forming a seamless sealing and protect the structure against water contamination. At the same time Polyurea-coatings are resistant against flying sparks and heat in accordance with norm DIN 4102, part 7.
The combination of thermal insulation foam (brought on also by spray-application) with a Polyurea-membrane achieves perfectly the demands to a high-quality and fast-set roof reconstruction or new roof construction.
"Old" asbestos roofs can be reconstructed in this way, without the enormous costs of clearing and evacuation of the asbestos.
From "walkable" to "driveable" roofs up to "roof parks" - with Polyurea there are no limits.

Joint filling
Joint filling systems are sealing joints reliable against attacks of intrusion of liquids, by compensating the thermal changes of joint-dimensions.
This is ensured on one hand through the perfect adhesion to the joint-sidewalls (best "glewing" characteristics) and on the other hand through the characteristic of the joint-filling-system itself, which is high elasticity and perfect inner consistence.
A work-over with a Polyurea-coating immediately is also ensured.
So mechanical attacks through walking-over or drive-over are avoided.
