Protection against abrasion and corrosion

Polyaspartic-coating with HERTEC 1125:
HERTEC 1125
is a colored or transluscent 100% aspartic Polyurea. It is used as
top-coat on existing aromatic Polyurea-coatings to ensure
color-stability or as "stand-alone" floor-coating.
HERTEC 1125 is brought on as hand-application by roller, brush or sponge or as machine application in "airless-procedure".

Decorative floor coatings:
Decorative floors
are jointless, hygienic, free of emmisions after complete reaction,
acoustic noice absorbing, joint preserving and highly hard-wearing. The
decorative designs are almost limitless, whether colored chips or
gradients - these floors are in each case not only functional, but also
representative:

Coating of furniture
Furniture coatings for outside use:
Polyurea-coatings
directly on high-qualitative furniture-foam ensures furniture parts for
outside use, absolutely temperature resistant, UV-resistant, high
abrasion resistant, easy to clean and to move around:

Animal bawns and trailers
Floor coatings (also
sidewalls or ceilings) of bawns with Polyurea ensures much more comfort
for the animals itself, the coating is impermeable, seamless and high
chemical resistant (urine, washing solvents, etc). The value retention
and appreciation of a Polyurea-coating is enormous, the daily
cleaning-procedure (for example with high-pressure hotwater steeming)
doesnt affect in any way the coating itself or the substrate.

Wastewater and sewage coatings
Der Beschichtung von
Objekten in der Wastewater and sewage coatings kommt große
Bedeutung zu, da die Betonkörper durch Ausgasung des Abwassers
angegriffen und schließlich zerstört werden. Die
Beschichtung mit Polyurea ist hier die Lösung ohne Konkurrenz:

Swimmingpools and Spa-areas
Swimmingpools (if in
private or commercial areas), Spa´s and wellness areas are able
to be reconstructed very easy and durable with the Polyurea-technology.
Also new built areas can be protected with a high-quality protection
coating. With the bright range of top-coats in different colors there
are nearly no limits in designing in these areas:

Maritimes
Polyurea-coatings in the
maritime sectors are not only to be applied fast and are longlasting
for years, the more these applications can replace traditional
protecting systems.
Here as an example the
coating of a 49 feet sailing yacht, worked out by our italian partner.
This coating of an underwatership of a sailing yacht made an enourmous
interest for these applications, additional 5 other Bavaria sailing
yachts will be worked out in september 2009:

Euro Cube
The "Euro-Cube" as a pioneer project (livingroom attachment, outside-coating with an aliphatic Polyurea system, inside-coating with a Polyaspartic system)
was done first time in Europe in this way. The Hercules company signed
there as planer, supervisor and system-supplier, the feedbacks from
professional circles were enormous:
