PV 350 AS - first certified electrostatic conductive Polyurea
With great pleasure we can inform you, that we have developed in teamwork with PolyVers Int. the first electrostatic conductivity Polyurea-system.
This is even the first polyurea worldwide with these properties. In the following a short description of the product:
PV 350 AS is an electrostatic conductive, tough and hard elastic industrial floor coating for
- production plants
- sales areas and
- warehouses
PV 350 AS is designed for use in storage and production facilities; also in areas where there is risk of explosion, due in the main to its high chemical and mechanical resistance, and obviously its conductivity.
Special industrial asphalt surfaces can also be quite simply modified with it.
It is also possible to design both smooth and non-slip surfaces. Average value of electrical resistance RE:
- smooth surface 104 – 106 Ω and
- non-slip surface <109 Ω.
The test certificate is accepted Europe-wide.

Product Application Bulletins illustrate early and typical uses for our polyurea coatings and joint filling material. More extensive coverage of many of these projects is found in the Image Gallery section. Some of these PAB's reflect the experience of VersaFlex Incorporated, parent company of PolyVers. The products are essentially identical and the PAB's are typical of the situations depicted.

Polyaspartics
Polyaspartic is a 100% aliphatic Polyurea based on the newest generation of Polyureas. Polyaspartic shows nearly no odors and is highly humidity-resistant. This product was formulated special as a top-coat on existing coatings or as "stand-alone" floor coating.

Euro Cube
The "Euro-Cube" as a pioneer project (livingroom attachment, outside-coating with PV 42 D, inside-coating with PV 425) was done first time in Europe in this way. The Hercules company signed there as planer, supervisor and system-supplier, the feedbacks from professional circles were enormous.
